How to teach Your Dog to use the Treadmill in just a Few Minutes

www.DogsBestFriendofCentralFlorida.com Introducing, Teaching, and Training Dogs how to use a treadmill. Paul Pipitone shows you animal behaviorial and training techniques with untrained dogs in real time. Do not attempt these techniques without consulting a professional. Most dog training videos include already trained and well balanced dogs. How can you learn by watching a dog that is already trained? My videos include real clients, real dogs with real problems. All of my videos are real time so that you can see how a dog is really rehabilitated. Typical dog behavior issues include aggression, biting, excessive barking, dominance, disobedience, and neurotic behavior. Whether you obtain your dog from a reputable breeder or a shelter, proper manners and obedience training are often overlooked, and dogs are soon sent away and in some cases, eventually euthanized. We believe that almost any dog, any breed, at any age can be rehabilitated. Before you give up on your dog, let Dogs Best Friend of Central Florida show you how proper dog training and behavior rehab can give you back the furry pal you always wanted. We are dedicated to helping people and their dogs maintain a healthy, happy relationship. www.dogsbestfriendofcentralflorida.com Hi, my name is Paul Pipitone, and I appreciate you visiting my channel. I want to give you a brief outline of my 20-year background and experience with dogs. I became interested in dog behavior and obedience when I was a young boy. My family

You must get her used to the tread gradually by sitting on it and feedind her treats and saying good girl. Move back and get her to put a paw up on it and tell her good girl and give treat. Repeat process until she will sit or stand on it with you.

Hi, I love your video. But I am having a problem. I have a Doberman Pinscher that I am trying to get to work on the tredmill, but unfortantely she freaks out like crazy. and shes such a big dog to the point where its hard for me to get her back on the treadmill. she shivers cuz shes so scared to get on.And when I turn on the treadmill when shes on, she starts slippy and trippy and then runs and jumps off. how should I approach this?

Hi, i was hoping i could get some help? i recently purchased a treadmill for myself and my dog. it works great for me, but my dog is affraid of it. i live in the north and recently had a baby. so its very difficult for me to bundle everyone up to go out in the winter for an hour. some days it gets very cold here, -40c or lower. if someone could help me so i dont end up traumatizing my dog. i want to help my dog use up some of her pent up engery. lately shes been growling at my now walking baby.

i only have manual treadmill. how to teach my dog to run on it?

  9. sourpower5000 Says:

when are you supposed to walk your down and how many times? because i am scared to let my dog pee in the house because of how much water he drinks. cause when i walk him he comes in the house thirsty…

  10. DogsBestFriendCF Says:

@sourpower5000 Very funny…..Most people find a way to clear some area of their yard so the dog has a place to go. You should not walk a dog to go potty anyway. Walk time is walk time. Potty time is potty time. Play time is play time. So,….shovel out a spot in your yard for a bathroom and run the dog inside in the treadmill for exercise..

  11. sourpower5000 Says:

if you cant take him for walks in the winter, do you just let him poop or pee in the house?

  12. DogsBestFriendCF Says:

@spicegirl479 No offense taken. I wish they made one twice that wide so I could walk with the dogs.

  13. DogsBestFriendCF Says:

@Twinkietinydog No problem. Let me know if that works. I kinda think of myself as a person who is innovative. LOL

@DogsBestFriendCF a husky/mute can run happily alllll day . but unfortunately florida IS NOT the breed for florida weather. having one in that heat is cruel

  17. jsf525 Says:

    good job.
I carry a video of a 4 year old walking a rotty on a tread mill when people never hears of this so keep a short video on your phone to show customers or anyone.

  18. jsf525 Says:

@DogsBestFriendCF lol ya you cant run more then 1 hour. 4 hours would kill the dog so I know what you are saying.
Have you ever got the dog to run full out on the tread mill.
I think that 20 to 30 hours mph right ?

  19. jsf525 Says:

I was trained By cesar Millan . I have been training in boca for 5 years now.

I only charge $200 for up to 10 hours in 1 day
It does help if you have some 1 in front holding a treat.
but by yourself you did good

@DemiSpringVideos I would use motorized. Start speed is very slow. Any dog can handle it.
