Crate training dogs should be paired with positive reinforcement. The crate should never be connected to negativity meaning, you shouldn’t associate punishment to your pet’s crate. This also means not leaving your pet inside the crate longer than necessary.

The success of crate training dogs also relies on proper furnishing of the crate. The crate must have a bedding if you r pet prefers to sleep on a soft surface. It must also have a water dispenser inside.
