How to house train dog in one day?

My mom will only let me bring my dog inside the house if i can prove he is house trained. I need him to scratch the door or bark at the door when he needs to go so we can open the door for him. Is there any way to do this in as fast as a day? Any tips? Any ideas at all? What did you do? What do you recommend? I don’t have much time so the faster the technique the better and I can’t go out and buy something. Best answer gets 1o pints and my eternal gratitude ! Thank you!

How to house train my puppy with a not house trained dog already at home?

OK so I am getting a puppy! We already have a dog in the house, though he is not mine he is my roommate’s. My roommate although has not stepped up to the plate on disciplining his almost year old dog, which has troubled my boyfriend and me. I had offered to help train him but, “its his dog!” I respected that but now with a puppy in the way I am worried. I know how to house train a puppy (had experience with my best friend’s puppies with success) but would be greatly disappointed if my roommate’s dog’s lack of house training would disrupt my puppies learning process. Yes his dog is always outside in the kennel while he’s at work (which I find kind of sad) But again no house training.

So in conclusion, will it be a problem? Will my puppy pick up on my roommate’s dog’s bad habits (howling, barking, chewing property, peeing/pooping in the house…etc.)? What should I do?

What can cause a fully house trained dog to start pooping in the house?

I have a small 4 year old dog. She is fully house trained. But today she starts pooping on the floor of my house i have never had that problem with her. So anyboby have any ideas why she does this.

How do you house train an adult dog?

We rescued a sweet dog two weeks ago that was heavily pregnant. She gave birth three days ago and I brought her and the pups in the house because of the heat. I was hoping that she was house trained but she isn’t. Any suggestions? I’ve never house trained an adult dog before.

How do i stop my house trained dog from pooping in the house?

My sister has a 2ish year old rottie, she is house trained(shes a rescue dog thats why we don’t know her exact age) we’ve had for about 8 months. the dog has seperation anexity from my sister. we don’t really like to crate her for more than like 2 hours so one of us will stay home with the dog. Lately its been that when my sis leaves for just like 5 hours and i’m here with the dog she’ll poop in the house near the front door! Also i take her out usually once an hour just to make sure she won’t have an accident…I left her alone for 20MINS and she pooped in the house. She’s like watching an infant. does anybody have any thoughts thanks
the dog is crate trained, i just dont like leaving her in it for long periods of time. she only does it when her mommy isnt here. and no we are not getting rid of her b/c shes a rescue dog she doesn’t need to bounce from home to home because she makes a handful of mistakes.

Is it hard to house train a dog?

Is it hard to house train a dog, and how do you do it?
It sounds hard, and I think it would be really hard. I want an inside dog, but I wouldnt want one if it cant be toilet trained.

This question might make me sound stupid, but I have never house trained a dog before and was just wondering how do you do it?
If you have an inside dog that you have house trained, how did you do it?
