I have a 4 month old Basset Hound puppy. I’m 14 and I have type 1 diabetes. I was wondering if 4 months is too old to train him to be a diabetes service dog. I have trouble recognizing high and low blood sugars because i’ve had them so much my body is completely used to it. Thank you to any help! If you have a diabetes service dog, feel free to share your experiences!
