We also had to get the raccoon away from the house because I think she had an encounter with it one night. She came into the house and her legs were flailing all over the place. I thought she was having a seizure and I thought she was damaged by the raccoon. She was trembling so we pet her and in 2 minutes she was calm and she was ok…..

I used the capstar flea pill. It only cost 5.00 dollars and I used 2 in a week and also washed the bedding and crate out and the fleas were 100% gone….. She never had fleas before but a raccoon was hanging around that summer so I think they came from the raccoon.
